Our community meals at DS Home Services are truly one of the most meaningful things we get to do. Being able to show appreciation, connect with those who serve our towns, and give back in a small but heartfelt way is something our whole team looks forward to.

We launched our first Community Meal in the Holdridge Electric territory, and there was no better place to begin than the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Our team has tremendous respect for local law enforcement and the work they do every day to keep our community safe.

Sheriff Pete Kusminsky was incredibly welcoming during our ribbon cutting last month, hosted by the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. When we reached out about being the first recipient of our Community Meal program, he graciously agreed. We are deeply grateful for the time he and his deputies spent with us today and for their ongoing service to the community.

This meal was just the start. We look forward to continuing this program and sharing many more moments of appreciation across all the communities we serve.
